SimpleWMS was born inside a 30,000 sq ft 3PL that still runs on it every day. We built it to make inventory, orders, and billing simple for smaller warehouses that don’t have an IT team.

Our Story

We run a 3PL in Tampa, Florida. Every day, trucks arrive, containers unload, and orders ship out.

Years ago, we couldn’t find a warehouse management system that fit small and mid-size operations. Everything felt too complex, too slow, or too expensive.

We built SimpleWMS because the big warehouse systems were overkill and the small ones didn’t connect the dots. We needed something practical that our floor team and office team could both trust.

Now, we use SimpleWMS to run every part of our own warehouse. It keeps counts straight, orders flowing, and billing clean. Other 3PLs and small DCs asked to use it too. That’s how SimpleWMS became a product.
